Who this covers.
These terms cover this website and the way Aisla, an AI consultation and software studio in Manila, Philippines, takes on work. A signed proposal or agreement for your specific project always takes precedence over this page.
What we do.
Consultation (finding where AI fits your business), software builds (building what the plan recommends), and training (getting your team using it). Scope, timeline, and price are agreed in writing before work starts. No surprise line items.
Payment.
Projects are typically split into a deposit to begin and a balance on delivery; retainers bill monthly. Exact figures live in your agreement. Work pauses politely when invoices go unpaid, and resumes when they are settled.
Ownership.
When the project is paid in full, what we built for you is yours: the site, the system, the accounts, the domain. We keep the right to describe the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Confidentiality.
What we learn about your business stays between us. We do not share your numbers, your processes, or your plans, during the engagement or after it.
Honesty, both ways.
We quote real timelines and flag problems early. In return we ask for real answers about your operations, because a system designed around a polite fiction will not survive contact with a Tuesday.
Liability.
We build carefully and test before shipping. Our liability on any engagement is capped at the fees you paid for it. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party services we do not control.
Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
