Who we are.

Aisla is an AI consultation and software studio based in Manila, Philippines. You can reach us any time at hello@aisla.ph. This policy covers this website and the inquiries you send us through it.

We never store or process clinical data. For clinic clients we work only on the operational side: booking, contact, appointment slots, reminders, and follow-ups. Diagnoses, medical records, lab results, and anything a doctor writes about a patient stay in your systems, not ours.

What we collect.

What you send us. If you email us or use a contact link, we receive your name, your email address, and whatever you write. That is it.
Analytics, only if you agree. When you first visit, we ask before setting any cookie. If you accept, we use a single first-party analytics cookie to count visits and see which pages help, so we can improve the site. If you decline, no analytics cookie is set. Either choice is remembered on your device, and you can clear it any time in your browser. We have no user accounts, and we never sell your data or follow you across other sites.

Why we use it.

Only to reply to you, understand what you need, and do the work you ask us to do. We do not sell your information, share it for marketing, or add you to any list you did not ask for.

Who else touches it.

The basic infrastructure every website relies on: our email provider delivers your messages, and our hosting provider serves this site. They process data in transit the way any mail carrier handles an envelope.

Three specifics, so nothing is hidden. Our contact form is delivered by a form-handling service, which means what you type in it passes through their servers on the way to our inbox. Some pages load a 3D graphic from its maker's servers, which means your browser's IP address is visible to them for that request, the same way any embedded image works. And if you accept analytics, our hosting provider counts the visit. None of these are given your information for their own marketing, and we do not hand your information to anyone else.

How long we keep it.

As long as our conversation or working relationship needs it. If you want your messages deleted, say so and we will delete them.

Your rights.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@aisla.ph and we will act on it. You also have the right to complain to the National Privacy Commission.

Changes.

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date. We will not quietly change what we do with your information.
